Terrible customer service

I callled blink to get exact instructions as to how ordering is handled. When I asked for their e address so my provider could send. They did not know what I was talking about. I asked to speak to someone else and yet another rep became very confused, but finally gave me an address. When my provider sent the script it was not an address at all. When i called back they said they dont accept e scripts. Sooo I got a phone number for a fax. My provider wrote out a script and personally faxed it. When I called the next day they told me they never received. Crazy experience. I was NOT going to make my provider jump through any more hoops to deal with such untrained employees. Probably wouldnt have filled it correctly anyway

Worst company....

They put out on the website that you check the price of the drug needed. then order it thru their site, they deduct from your account and sent you an email telling you the prescription is paid for and ready.....You go to pick it up...and the pharmacy does not have it....3rd time around now w/ the company and the service reps. that can't explain anything....Don't waste your time w/ Blink!

Everytime It has worked well

Just completed my fifth order with blink -- I use a preferred local pharmacy -- this one even delivers for free. Zero problems, saved lots of money and very pleased. Had to change pharmacy when old pharmacy discontinued -- prescription was switched to new pharmacy that day == very satisfied customer

Blink Health discriminates against opioid users!

Ever since our government has decided that everyone that is on opioids is a junkie, one by one, doctors, pharmacy's, and companies have jumped on the band wagon to discriminate against us! We have been paying for our prescriptions for quite some time now through Blink Health. All of a sudden we have been having to talk to a supervisor to override the computer program to pay for the next months pain pills. But now that is not allowed because their all knowing computer program cannot be wrong. Everyday we call and they say, "well maybe it will go through tomorrow", but everyday it will not let us do it! I think they are trying to get rid of all opioid users, but are not being truthful with us! they are being cowards! We have become yet another group who are being discriminated against! So Blink Health, we are not a bunch of junkies, but people who have horrific pain in our bodies just trying to get out of bed eveyday and go to work! We are afraid that if we cant get our pain meds because we are being discriminated against, we wont be able to get out of bed and go to work!

Lousy Service

I placed a order in Jan. but didn't send my prescription to Blink until March, They have still not notified me if it was received after eleven days . The customer service department SUCKS because you never get a good answer on messages sent. My order has still not shipped after 11 days.

Extremely upset customer Blink is a RIP OFF

I placed an order through Blink, which had me pay for a medical evaluation online. I checked daily to see if my prescription was filled. Nothing, then one day it showed the order shipped 10 days earlier. I never received the order. Contact their customer service and was told I needed to deal with the USPS that they could not help me and could not send another order unless I get a prescription from the doctor by paying for another medical evaluation. They had also charged me for a second order which they would not ship until I got a prescription. Why did they charge my credit card if the had not shipped or filled an order. Total RIP OFF!!!!!!

Blink was fantastic for me, I was very skeptical, however I placed an order with them and got my prescription fill at Wal-Mart. There was no hassle and saved over 250$ I am a very happy camper!
