You may eventually get your meds...and you have to e-mail customer support to delete your account, or credit card info

Not sure about anyone else, but I found a discount code, and figured why not try them out. Anyway It took three weeks to get a prescription filled, in fact the prescription is on the way, but I still have not received it. It is suppose to arrive this week. If I had paid full price I would be really upset. In the meantime, I went to a competitor, which did not require anything from me. I got a coupon, and I got the meds not only cheaper, but on the same day, using a local pharmacy. In summary, incredibly slow service, when using their pharmacy, clueless\misleading customer service, and higher prices, when using their local pickup option. I would not recommend them. You can do better taking your business elsewhere.

Mail order Blink Health does not fulfill in a reasonable time

I have ordered from Blink Health two times using their mail order service. The first time they did not fulfill my order until I called their General Counsel, Ben DiMarco. Mr. DiMarco assured me that the order fulfillment problem was a one-time issue and would not happen again. The second time, three months later, they have not fulfilled my order. The 20-something children at company make up endless excuses and promise to have someone call me, but no one ever calls. The Blink Health pharmacy is located in Missouri. The Missouri board of pharmacy is investigating the Blink Health for multiple violations of Missouri law.

Don’t use Blink health

I ordered a specific brand birth control and when I received it in the mail, it was the wrong one. I called, and 30 mins later get told that there is nothing they can do, once the medication is shipped, you can’t get your money back! What a joke of a company

Customer Service is slipping

I USED to love Blink Health. Saved me money, $0 type 2 diabetes meds and when I had a question they answered the phone quickly. Lately though. 30 mins of music on hold 18 mins of music on hold 15 mins of music on hold before a recorded message saying call back Ordered 90 day script got 30 ( did get a refund for difference) No response to email asking about order 9 days after placing and paying for an order STILL NO EMAIL w/ tracking

Shipped partial order, will not refund overcharge

Ordered and paid for 90 pills, they sent 30. They do not answer phone calls (6x). They send a canned response to emails. They took my money, beware.

Unable to receive answer to question.

Ordered delivery by mail for first time and have yet to receive any communication even after calling every day since 12/29 and with 3 detailed emails. I am desperate for medication and do not understand why no one can help me. I wait for over 20 minutes to connect and then am told that there is no problem although my computer message shows order cannot be filled because it is a duplicate order. I have been a very satisfied customer for a long time but now my medical condition hangs in precarious balance because I cannot get the medication as ordered. PLEASE HELP ME.

Lowest Price, Get Refills & Ship Prescriptions All In One Place

Blink took only a short time to fix the minor complaints subscribers had. I had used medicare part D and picked my prescriptions up at Walmart. Although I had credible coverage for 55 years, a lapse of 15 months caused medicare to increase my premium by 40%. That outrage caused me to quit part D altogether. Since I was extremely healthy for 73 years, an ibuprofen caused stroke didn't kill me, but I expected to be stuck with a lifetime of statins, blood thinners and blood pressure medications. Three providers have compared premiums and copays with what it costs me using Blink; they have never been lower than my small direct costs with Blink. Two BP drugs cost me $50 a year! My antiplatelet costs me $10 a year. I stopped the statins after both Lipitor and Crestor both caused muscle aches and fatigue. A stroke survivor cannot hope to recover without working HARD; difficult when your whole body aches and you are fatigued upon waking. I sleep 10 hours a night after a hard day. My last cholesterol total was 118, triglycerides 85, and LDL 62; my PC, a DO doesn't insist that I continue statin use. My cardiologist doesn't like it, but he admits he cannot insist. Neurology has a more pragmatic attitude; they see all 7,000 stroke survivors that pass through the only trauma center in my town of 100,000 people.

Poor home delivery service via mail

I ordered a prescription and paid for it. Provided doctor's name to get existing prescription. 8 days since then I did not receive any update by text, phone or email. When I called no human interface. Only recording and music. Sent another email to customer service with absolutely no acknowledgement. Home delivery service seems to non-existent. Paying and picking from local affiliated pharmacy is ok. I was already without prescription for couple of days. Blink home delivery service should be ashamed of themselves.

I ordered a prescription of 30 pills @100mg. My doctor faxed them the prescription and they say they conveniently can't find it, even though we have the proof that the fax was completed to the proper number. They sent me 30 pills @50mg that they got from an earlier prescription (10 pills @50mg w/3 refills) and charged me the same price. After going around in circles with them, they stated they were not going to fix their mistake and basically said we don't care.

Don’t Waste Your Time

Don’t waste your time. “Participating” pharmacy wasn’t participating and never was. I even received an email and a pop-up that the Rx was filled when it hadn’t even been transferred yet! They scam you into thinking coverage is larger than it actually is and when you call for assistance, the only answer is to cancel the order and try again.

Took my money, didn’t send med.

Offered me $20 coupon. Ordered first home delivery and had no problems. When it came to the refill, they charged my card but after 9 days, I still didn’t have the med. When I called, they took info and put me on hold for 10 min., then said they couldn’t locate my order. I asked for a supervisor and was told there wasn’t one available. I called the main number and was told they couldn’t help because someone else was handling it. I asked for order to be canceled and money refunded, and they said they’d have to locate the order first. Will not use them again. Will use GoodRx or the local nonprofit that my Dr. recommended. Disappointed in Blink Health.
